How can I order a Swag?

Really easily, simply give us a call, place your order and we’ll despatch one to you next day subject to payment.

What guarantee does my Swag have?

We guarantee your Swag for 12 months against faulty workmanship and materials, should you have a problem after this period, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Why did I get wet in my Swag?

How do I look after my Swag?

For the best results we recommend that you follow a couple of simple instructions. Remove the mattress from your Swag and give the canvas a real good soaking, then allow it to dry. Repeat this 2 or 3 times to ensure the fibres expand and lock together, heavy dew can often achieve the same result.

Should you get dirt or mud on your Swag, clean it with cold water and a brush, do not use soap or detergents, likewise do not expose it to oil, petrol or other solvents and finally only store it when completely dry.

What are your Terms and Conditions?

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your Swag, we will be happy to refund you within 14 days of purchase providing the Swag is unused and undamaged. (Note: postage costs are not refunded). This does not affect your statutory rights. If you return a Swag for refund by post, please enclose a covering letter stating your reasons for return and your full contact details including postal address and daytime contact telephone number.
